Before I visiting Toyota Knoxville, I was a big fan of the brand. However, please do not do business here. I was sold a car with no oil, a point that they still dispute...Why would I lie?...Now, the car has paint coming off, and the only solution offered by Toyota Knoxville is "Let me check"...I am checking on other places to do business, and I urge you to do the same....If you must go to TK, avoid the salesperson called Ryan...A chain-smoking 2nd generation car hawker, who must have learned dishonesty at his Dad's feet, is, not only dishonest, but a huge time waster...Once more, DO NOT do business with these folks...If you do, you will certainly regret it...I know I do... The car wasn’t even ready with the accessories installed that were included in the quote. Everything I was told was wrong, from delivery 6-8 weeks (15 actual) to the rebate shouldn’t go down. I can understand that part, but to have your sales manager tell me the price of the vehicle increased and trying to add the accessories back and excluding the fact that my trade-in was worth more as well was inexcusable. Then to try to add $500 to it was unacceptable. Bottom line is TOK reneged on the agreement from March. It also took multiple emails and phone calls just to get my deposit back. This was one of the worst buying experiences I have ever been a part of. More
Very deceptive involving a minor repair. In had a nail in a tire. Gary Hughes insisted I bring it to this dealership to protect my new car warranty. I told him I live 1 1/2 hours away. I dealt with a v in a tire. Gary Hughes insisted I bring it to this dealership to protect my new car warranty. I told him I live 1 1/2 hours away. I dealt with a very cold attitude at the dealership from Mr. Hughes. Long story short, I do not feel that I can trust this dealership to be honest with my future repairs. Very deceptive in not telling me my tire was under warranty with the tire manufacturer & should find a local tire service to repair tire. More
