What i like most about this dealership is that aside for the reasons already stated, the service reps recommended what services are needed and then let the customer decide. Replacement damaged tire I had purchased my tires at Toyota Knoxville and I had a tire separating from the dry wall. I came in for a replacement, was told my cost with road ha I had purchased my tires at Toyota Knoxville and I had a tire separating from the dry wall. I came in for a replacement, was told my cost with road hazard would be $101.00. I agreed for the cost and service, when I was asked to pay the cost was a different amount. I called it to Connors attention and he just discounted my concern. I felt he should have stuck to his word of what I was told. More
