This is our third car purchased from this dealership in the last 15 years. Each purchase has been hassle-free. Very efficient sale transaction all the way from working with the salesperson to ending with t the last 15 years. Each purchase has been hassle-free. On the most recent purchase , they were fantastic-- from finding the exact high-in demand Highlander Hybrid we wanted to keeping us informed on where it was being built and when it would arrive and then after it arrived doing the paperwork efficiently and finally taking well more than an hour with us showing us all the new 2023 electronic bells and whistles and setting up most of them for us before we drove the car home. We could not recommend them more highly. More

Unfortunately our experience over the last few days with this team was extremely negative. They lie to your face and is all deception. From the sales person to the general manager, all they lie! Took our 2010 Toyota Prius in for a $140 diagnosis. Received a very general and vague diagnosis of repairs that were needed I had to question the manager several times.
