Having grown up in a generation where customers were treated with respect and courtesy, I find these traits to be most valuable. In particular, Erick Gomez does a great job with helping me feel comfortable with the work that needs to be done on my vehicle, explaining each step and discussing the associated costs. The only surprise I get when I have my vehicle serviced at Toyota Town is when they call me earlier than promised. More

Ashley knew her stuff and carefully explained to us all of our options and answered our questions since we weren't totally sure what we were looking for. On top of all that, she was so awesome with our energetic four-year-old son that he wanted her to come home with us. Ron was the best--he helped us consider the pros and cons of buying v. leasing and gave us an amazing deal on our Highlander. We really felt at home at Toyota Town and will not hesitate send our friends and family to Toyota Town of Stockton when they are looking for a new car.
