Drove 4 hours for a great deal and found a great dealership I was seeking a specific car at a price point that in my area was too high. I was able to get into contact with a salesman over the phone and get pape I was seeking a specific car at a price point that in my area was too high. I was able to get into contact with a salesman over the phone and get paperwork started before I made the 4 hour journey to the dealership. On the way there we found out that the salesman I had been dealing with was on vacation that day. Other staff members were very helpful AND he came in on his day off. He also had hidden the car I wanted out back for me knowing if I drove it and didnt like it, we wouldn't make a deal. He offered to let is test drive the car without him (very rare) but I invited him to show me around an unfamiliar area. Very long and thorough test drive. Keith, you are the man! Dave in finance helped us wade through the paperwork and signatures which can be a bit daunting since I had my last car for 10 years, it has been a while since going through this process. Extremely clear and answered every question with a smile. A week into owning my G37X and I couldn't be happier with the car or the buying experience. More
