I'd met him some 6-9 months back when I was "pre-looking" for my next vehicle, for when my lease was going to be up 9 month in the future. He gave me honest feedback and alerted me to the significant changes coming to the model I was looking at that influenced me, POSITIVELY, to wait the few months for the upgraded version to come. He didn't have to do that. It speaks volume to his character and ultimately won my business months later and VERY likely for my future loyalty to the dealership.
