The whole process from top to bottom was very smooth, the deal provided online was the one that was put on the paper work no games played at all. When picking up my vehicle Fausto Darocha took me out and helped me with pairing my phone, setting up/showing me all the options the car had as well as making sure that I was comfortable with the car before leaving. Overall this one was of the best experiences I have had with purchasing a car. I would highly recomend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota. More

Very easy process to trade in vehicle On finally deciding to trade in my 2015 Toyota RAV4 to a 2018, I entered Toyota of Braintree and was pleasantly greeted. I was seated at desk of Joe Lawlor who was very personable. I filled out financial information and while that was being reviewed by Don in finance, I was taken to the 3rd floor indoor showroom to pick out the car/color I wanted. Took the RAV4 for a test drive and on return everything was settled. Signed papers, met with service to schedule my first free oil change and drove off with my new beautiful car. I would highly recommend Toyota of Braintree and Joe Lawlor who did his job but was not a pushy sales person. More
