Kids love Carlos! I was shopping with my two young sons which is always a challenge . Carlos was great he was attentive to the kids and made sure to help find the vehic I was shopping with my two young sons which is always a challenge . I have never had a game free experience at a dealership before. I certainly hope that the management and ownership recognize Carlos for his completely outstanding commitment to doing the right thing for his customers.
