They were all professional, courteous and respectful of my wife and me. Our sales person Ruben Bourguignon made us immediately comfortable. No hard sell. He listened very carefully. We bought a car. The whole process took about 2 hours and I have to say it was almost fun. I've bought a lot of cars in my life. It has never gone this smoothly from start to finish.
