Walace made everything easy to understand and made the process go extremely smoothly. He is an absolutely wonderful gentlemen and I was very thankful to have the opportunity to meet him. Additionally, the salesman I dealt with was Scott Vallatini. Scott did a great job giving me different options and opportunities to test drive different models. As a young buyer it was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who understood my options and didn't try to push other cars onto me. He was very personable and made the experience of buying a car fun! I would definitely recommend dealing with Scott when looking to buy a car at Toyota. We planned on visiting a few different dealers and Tufankgian was our 1st stop. We were aware of the hovering and high pressure sales pitch ....but...it didn't work out that way. A young polished ,professional accompanied us outside and was quite thorough regarding each request we inquired about. it was actually a pleasure working with him and making our final decision. There was no need to go elsewhere. we wanted to complete the sale with him and we were amazed how smoothly the transaction took place . We drove away in our new 2016 Toyota SUV and arrived home happy and stress free...Jordan was a courteous , well informed gentleman.....a class act and asset to your business. Eric Franke was also awesome in completing the transaction... The contract was explained in detail. He made it a point to be sure that we understood the details of the contract and answered our questions including those we hadn't thought of asking. His expertise proved to be quite remarkable as we brought this to his attention. We felt quite satisfied and thankful they were our team members . YES...we will return. The internet sales rep (Mike Twoomy) set up my appointment, met me at the door and communicated our online negotiation with the sales rep (Jose Rosario). Jose then took me through the process in a no nonsense, stress fee manner. He was efficient, kind and professional. I got a fair price for my trade and they delivered the car to me at work as soon as it was ready. Great experience! More

Phenomenal experience & great teamwork After a few weeks of shopping around for a new Toyota Tundra 1794 I was left feeling frustrated and angry with my sales experiences. It was time for a service on my current Tundra, so like I have done for the past few years, I picked up the phone and made an appointment with Amanda Fournier in the Toyota of Braintree service department. Amanda has been wonderful to work with over the years and has always provided the best customer service. I have been servicing my trucks with Braintree for 9+ years and wanted to work with the team there to purchase my new truck. I saw Amanda in the parking lot and asked her for some help. I asked her to set me up with someone in sales that she trusted so I could try one last time to make this sale happen. It was my last-ditch attempt before giving up and moving on. In comes Ruben… Ruben Bourguignon took the hand-off from Amanda and the rest is history. Every step of the way was an enjoyable experience. I asked a lot of questions and had done my homework. Ruben answered all of my questions in stride and went above and beyond off business hours assisting me with some upgrades I wanted to make to the new truck. Above all, I was now excited about my new truck purchase and the frustration and anger was in the rear-view… I look forward to doing business with both Amanda and Ruben in the future.
