I was a loyal Honda girl for 15 years! I've been a loyal customer of Boch Honda since 2002 when I leased my Civic. I went back and got a Pilot, then another one, then another one! This time I've been a loyal customer of Boch Honda since 2002 when I leased my Civic. I went back and got a Pilot, then another one, then another one! This time when my lease was up, they couldn't give me what I wanted. The Pilot body shaped changed and they weren't able to meet me where I was on the price. Bob Wilfand helped my sister get a RAV4 a couple of years ago and she was extremely happy with the entire experience. She had been screwed by a previous dealership and was very leery of the process as a whole. Bob was very professional, up front and made her feel like she could trust him. And it turned out that she could. So when I decided to look around at other vehicles, Bob was the first person I called. My decision to leave Honda had nothing to do with their service, sales department or quality of vehicles. I loved every experience I had with them. It was a hard decisions to leave them. But I'm glad I did! Everyone at Toyota of Braintree made me feel like I was the most important customer there. They worked with me to get a vehicle I wanted with all the features that are important to me and they did so within my budget. Which, let's face, it is huge. There was no haggling, no pressure, no moment that I felt like Bob was trying to get away with anything. It was a very smooth and non-intimidating experience. Soup to nuts. Also not really knowing what model I was going for. After meeting Scott Vallintini he really helped me find the best car for me. He was never pushy and really let me feel out my options. He was very knowledgeable about every car. I chose the 2017 Toyota Corolla se and I decided to go with a lease. From there I was introduced to Ian Merrill who was in charge of the financial aspect. He also was great to work with. He went over every detail and was very clear about how leasing was going to work. I felt very comfortable leaving his office knowing I was in good hands. Overall an absolute great experience. I recommend this beautiful dealership to anybody and these two men to send them in the right direction. More
