Walace made everything easy to understand and made the process go extremely smoothly. He is an absolutely wonderful gentlemen and I was very thankful to have the opportunity to meet him. Additionally, the salesman I dealt with was Scott Vallatini. Scott did a great job giving me different options and opportunities to test drive different models. As a young buyer it was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who understood my options and didn't try to push other cars onto me. He was very personable and made the experience of buying a car fun! I would definitely recommend dealing with Scott when looking to buy a car at Toyota. Kenny Tempro also helped with the process and was extremely fun and upbeat, while also providing important information. (Seriously I could hang out with all three of these guys- they were amazing!!) The internet sales rep (Mike Twoomy) set up my appointment, met me at the door and communicated our online negotiation with the sales rep (Jose Rosario). Jose then took me through the process in a no nonsense, stress fee manner. He was efficient, kind and professional. I got a fair price for my trade and they delivered the car to me at work as soon as it was ready. Great experience! More

Good buying experience We were in desperate need of a new car after our 2001 Camry hit 170000 miles. It was still running but we didn't wish to take a chance with safety. We planned on visiting a few different dealers and Tufankgian was our 1st stop. We were aware of the hovering and high pressure sales pitch ....but...it didn't work out that way. A young polished ,professional accompanied us outside and was quite thorough regarding each request we inquired about. it was actually a pleasure working with him and making our final decision. There was no need to go elsewhere. we wanted to complete the sale with him and we were amazed how smoothly the transaction took place . We drove away in our new 2016 Toyota SUV and arrived home happy and stress free...Jordan was a courteous , well informed gentleman.....a class act and asset to your business. Eric Franke was also awesome in completing the transaction... The contract was explained in detail. He made it a point to be sure that we understood the details of the contract and answered our questions including those we hadn't thought of asking. His expertise proved to be quite remarkable as we brought this to his attention. We felt quite satisfied and thankful they were our team members . YES...we will return.
