Excellent customer service while purchasing a new car Yesterday started off awful. My husbands car died on his way home from work. My car has transmission issues & hasn't been drivable since July. We were panicking - how can we get to work without a car. I had planned on going car shopping yesterday but now I had to find something in our budget and drive it home. My mom told me to call Jordan, the young man she purchased a car from last year & that's exactly what I did. He was SO kind & helpful. He showed me about 5 cars in my budget & I fell in love with a certified 2012 Toyota Camry. He explained to the finance office my situation & by the end of the day yesterday I drove off the lot in my car. This was a fantastic experience & we will be back in the spring for my husband. Thank you, Jordan. You made my horrible day turn out amazing. More

Money could have been refunded instantly instead of my bank info being written on a piece of paper while I await "owner approval". Are you aware how Kenrick Tempro and Bob Keough speak to and treat customers? They also refused to give me copies of documents related to this refund request. Hoping the AG can get me back my money. Nice People, Decent Experience Having owned an Acura for our past 3 cars, our review may be a little bit biased. We've dealt with Nissan and Honda dealers in the past also. So we Having owned an Acura for our past 3 cars, our review may be a little bit biased. We've dealt with Nissan and Honda dealers in the past also. So we know there stark difference in sales pressure and tactics between the brands (Nissan dealers were the worst - they're like sharks). That being said, our experience with Toyota Braintree was more on pleasant side. They are more in line with the Acura, Lexus, (though not quite, see below) than Nissans. SALES EXPERIENCE: We came in looking for an Avalon Hybrid with a pretty firm price in mind. Our salesman, Fausto is very nice, friendly and accommodating - we highly recommend him! We negotiated with Kenny, who is friendly, but tough. It took a while before giving us the car at the price we wanted. The whole process took over an hour, I just wish there wasn't as much back and forth. But I guess he wouldn't be doing his job otherwise. On the plus side, there was no pressure to sell us on additional "junk" that is common in other dealers (Nissan, I'm looking at you!) AFTER SALES: Fausto was really attentive. He made sure to keep us in the loop on everything and took care to get the car ready for us. We dealt with Sunny for all the paperwork and finance details. We were financing through our own bank. Unfortunately so there were some miscommunication and 'hiccups', with the bank, insurance and Sunny during all this. We had to make back and forth contacts to all three parties before finally getting everything squared away. We would've preferred if the process went more smoothly.... we didn't have all these issues with our prior car. Lastly, this might be nitpicking (or we're just pampered by Acura)... but if you're going to keep us around for over an hour, please provide better refreshments!) More

I WAS A BIT APPREHENSIVE AND EXPECTING TO BE PRESSURED, BUT IT WAS COMPLETELY THE OPPOSITE. FROM MY SALESMAN, FAUSTO, TO THE MANAGER, KENNY, AND THE FINANCE MANAGER, DON, EVERYTHING WAS VERY PLEASANT. THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME WHAT I REALLY WANTED AND COULD AFFORD. I ENDED UP LEASING A RAV 4 AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! More

Leasing is out of the question. Jordan helped me narrow my search down to two pre-owned cars. Then Jordan mentioned the 72-month 0% financing deal for 2017 new car. I expressed my interest to learn more. Jordan then worked with the general manager Carlos Ortega to come up with a great deal. I decide to get a new car instead. Brian worked with me on the extended warranty plan. He made a compelling case to buy extended warranty and gave a good deal as well. I did not feel much pressure. The whole experience is friendly and professional. Thank you for your helps. More

I had never traded a car in before and wasn't even sure I was going to do it when I walked in to the dealership. Jordan and Brian provided top-notch service, patiently answering my many questions, and guiding me through the car selection, trade-in, and financing processes with such respect and kindness that it was actually a pleasant experience. Every bit as good an experience as I had when I bought my Sequoia 5 years ago. Mr Tufankjian himself came to greet me, as this is a true family-run business and they really care about their customers. Wouldn't go anywhere else! More

Toyota Highlander Purchase - Excellent Experience This past Sunday I went into the Toyota of Braintree dealership thinking I was going to have an uncomfortable interaction with a pushy car salesman. This past Sunday I went into the Toyota of Braintree dealership thinking I was going to have an uncomfortable interaction with a pushy car salesman. What a pleasant surprise when I was greeted by a nice pleasant man, Jordan Fehringer" Jordan not only answered all my questions, he was most informative regarding my interest in a brand new Highlander. Not once during the time spent at the dealership did I feel pressured and uncomfortable. Jordan handled the entire transaction in a very professional manner never once making me feel like I was dealing with the "car salesman style" of the past. I interacted with Brian McGrath who explained all my extended warranty options without pressure. Thank you for that. I picked up my car on Jordan's day off so his college Rubens patiently went through the workings of my new Highlander without making me feel rushed. His explanations and demonstration on how every feature worked was so well done. Together the team at Toyota of Braintree made the car shopping, purchase and pick up a great experience. This is the first time in over 50 years I have been able to say that!! Kudos to all you guys and the owners of the dealership for hiring the right people and instilling the right customer service manners. You will be highly recommended to my family and friends.
