Certainly did NOT feel like family!! This was the worst car shopping experience of my life! To sum it up in a few words, my mom and I drove from Wellfleet, at the end of the Cape as she This was the worst car shopping experience of my life! To sum it up in a few words, my mom and I drove from Wellfleet, at the end of the Cape as she was also planning on purchasing a Toyota Rav 4 that day (in cash). She found the car she wanted, I was all set with the car I wanted, we sat down ready to purchase "two" vehicles and because the sales manager, Mr. McElroy refused to come down $500.00, we walked out and Toyota of Braintree lost a two vehicle sale which would have amounted to $40,000. I told them that $500.00 was a lot of money to me and Mr. McElroy's response back was, "and it is to me". Obviously selling two vehicles that morning wasn't as important to him as saving $500.00. They would have also had another sale from our family, as i would have referred my sister to purchase her new 4Runner. I will not be referring her or anyone else to Toyota of Braintree. Very disappointed. More

Above and beyond It was nearing the end of my current car lease with Honda and I wanted to explore other car options. I had read the 2016 Consumer Reports car edition It was nearing the end of my current car lease with Honda and I wanted to explore other car options. I had read the 2016 Consumer Reports car edition and knew that the Toyota RAV 4 was rated one of the top small SUVs, but had never driven one before. Upon entering Braintree Toyota, I was greeted by Kenny, the manager, who asked if he could be of service and steered me toward Rubens Bourguignon. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He arranged for me to test drive a RAV-4, but I told him that I was going to test drive another make of car as well. Instead of pressuring me to buy the Toyota that day, he suggested I test drive the two cars back-to-back some day to be able to make an informed comparison. He listened to my concerns and let me know about the safety packages available on the RAV4s as well as the specials offered by Toyota in April. After my back-to-back test drives, I was sold on the Toyota, particularly the safety package. Rubens went above and beyond to put me in a car with all the options that I wanted. He even called the day after I had signed an agreement to purchase a dark gray RAV4 to let me know he had found a red RAV4-the color I really wanted-and would have it ready for me the very next day. He made the whole leasing experience easy and pleasurable. More
