He was kind and very patient, and though I know some technology, he carefully and patiently explained everything to me. He was knowledgeable, but not pushy. I would rank him as the best salesman I have ever had. I have more questions, and he very kindly told me anytime I need him, he will be there for me. This is definitely a first.
