By far he was the best person we met in the course of our interactions with various dealerships in the two weeks prior to deciding to buy this Sienna. We did not make our decision to buy this car just because of positive experiences with Erwin -- because we would have considered purchasing the car elsewhere from a jerk instead if the price was better -- but it certainly helped make us more inclined to purchase through Tufankjian because of our dealings with Erwin. I heard great things about Tufankjiian Toyota from many people and decided to check them out. After 1 visit having Rubens help me figure out what was the best version of the Rav4 for me and how laid back and respectful he was I have to say, he and the rest of his team made me feel like I was making the best decision to purchase the car from them. Even though I have other Toyota dealerships closer to my home for service, I will drive the extra distance to have all my services done at Tufankjian. Every single person we encountered was genuinely nice, well-informed, personable, and courteous. I made my initial contact through the internet (Bob). My salesperson (Shane) got me everything that I needed and the guys who saw me off (Benson & Kenny) were gems. Arthur in the business office was a pleasure to deal with, too. This is the 5th new car that I have purchased (including one Toyota from Boch, GAH!), so I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, expecting a lowball offer on my trade, a bait-and-switch on the lease special, or a hard sell on bogus add-ons. None of it happened. These guys were simply awesome. They even let my dog hang out in the dealership for the whole transaction. It was, dare I say it(?!?!), FUN! We'll now be servicing both of our Toyotas with these guys, and hopefully coming back for many years to come. More

Bill Detellis the "accessories man" was so personable and kind, qualities not so easy to find anymore. IBob Keough made sure all went well and that we were completely informed about everything , what a breath of fresh air the whole experience was!!!
