Excellent car-buying experience I hadn't shopped for a car in almost 18 years and was not looking forward to a long search, going from dealer to dealer, test driving many cars, resea I hadn't shopped for a car in almost 18 years and was not looking forward to a long search, going from dealer to dealer, test driving many cars, researching them, etc. My first stop was Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree. Turns out it was my only stop. My salesman, Tony Gribaudo, patiently explained the options of leasing and buying and helped me focus in on what I was looking for -- a fuel efficient, safe, reliable vehicle. From start to finish, Tony's knowledge, professionalism and easy-going nature made the car-buying process a pleasant and successful experience. I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want or need. I visited the dealership on a Saturday afternoon, and by the following Monday evening I had a new Corolla LE Eco in my driveway. Also kudos go out to Eric Francke and Ian Merrill for covering various options and getting through all the paperwork as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree. More

From the first visit to the minute we drove away with our new car, Fred was the utmost professional! Never did my husband and I feel like he had a hidden agenda or a sales quota to make, like the six other dealerships we visited before this one. He was very knowledgeable and honest, even when the answer was not in his favor. Buying a car can feel like a very sleazy experience, but not so here, and definitely not with Fred! When it is time for us to trade or buy again, we will definitely be back to see him! (THANK YOU FRED!!!) More

I hated having to negotiate the price, did not look forward to encounters with salespeople or, having to figure-out & choose which car fit my budget, travel needs and had the reliability one could rely upon. This past Thurs, Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree has changed all of this for me and my husband. My salesman:Erwin Amboy is patient, knowledgeable, dedicated & hardworking employee. He also is a genuine and amiable person; not your usual car salesman! I also was given a decent & fair payment for my trade-in; also unusual. While I won't give a "blow-by-blow" in detail, how my car selecting & purchase experience unfolded in every way - just know that I still am in awe that each step of the car purchase was relaxed, informative, thoughtful, no anxiety what so ever - straightforward (no haggling, no pressure!!) I now am driving a 2010 Toyota Matrix which did not cost "an arm & a leg" or continues to give me nightmares. I have purchased numerous cars since my college-days, and never do I remember it to be a pleasant experience. Until now that is. Also, the other employees were thoughtful and helpful with my purchase: Arthur Martel especially came up with some financial options and suggestions which helped me decide the best way to afford the car of my choice. Great experience I work in a job that requires lots of time in a car (preferably a reliable one). However, because of some personal and financial challenges as well a I work in a job that requires lots of time in a car (preferably a reliable one). However, because of some personal and financial challenges as well as HATING the thought of having to deal with buying a new car, I was stuck driving in a car that had over 170K mileage and was becoming less reliable every day. A guy that I play hockey with that I knew sold cars (Bob) was telling me about the dealership he works for and how much he loved working there. I told him a little about my situation and he told me to swing by, and he would do everything that he could to help me get into a reliable vehicle. We started with a visit to the dealership. I was impressed from the moment I stepped in the door. From there I was introduced to Joey, a down to earth "real guy". He was professional, laid back and allowed me to decide what I wanted to look at for cars and really educated me on the different cars in my price range. I test drove a few and decided on a Camry SE. For the first time in my life (I'm in my mid 40's), I honestly never felt pressured into buying a car. They went to work to see what they could get me into both car wise and financing. I left and we talked later in the week. The next week I went back in, picked the car that I loved, and had the opportunity to sit down with Walace the Finance Mgr., another professional. He was able to get me financing far better than anything I had seen in the last 2 years (by a lot). I agreed, to the terms, put down a small deposit and was once again able to leave to figure out the rest of my financial situation without feeling any pressure to buy the car NOW. I was able to get money together for my down payment, called and the next day went and picked up my car. I love the car, loved the whole experience (NEVER thought I would say that) and will be telling all of my friends about it. I highly recommend this dealership and it's team. More

They worked with us every step of the way for first time buyers my husband and my self were so confused but they were very helpful and patient with us. For me as a first time buyer I thought I would never be able to get a brand new car but these two guys made what I thought was impossible possible. Fred showed me everything about my new car inside and out and was very friendly and told me every single detail about my car and Walace made it possible and affordable for me to purchase my car and took me step by step about everything in purchasing my car leaving me with no questions and a huge smile on my face. The Real Deal I have been to a lot of dealers. Some where I just walked out because of the game they play. NOT here. I have been coming to this dealership for 10 I have been to a lot of dealers. Some where I just walked out because of the game they play. NOT here. I have been coming to this dealership for 10 years. I started going when they were in just Weymouth. I have brought my father and sister here too and they have bought trucks from them. When they moved to the new building, I thought that real family feel that I got would go away and get lost or watered down. It didn't. I just traded my van for a new truck and I couldn't be happier. The owners, father and two sons are so humble and honest in their approach and handling of the purchase. They have not let the success of their hard work go to their head. They include everyone in the process, from the salesman Erwin Amboy who handled my truck sale, to the finance manager Walace Langame and anyone they think they need to help you and answer your questions. No pressure at all, as you make a big decision like buying a car. They seem to take the approach that they just don't want a quick sale, but they want a repeat customer. Well, they have that with me and my family. If your looking for a great place to buy a car and get treated right, skip all the junk that other dealers throw at you to just take your money and move on. I don't have the patience or time to put up with all the crap that some of these car dealers can throw at you, as soon as you walk in. You won't go wrong. I am an Old School guy that thinks loyalty goes both ways and you will find it at this place. More
