Excellent Experience Excellent experience My wife and I were fairly certain we would buy another Toyota Camry, having a nine year old Camry that has been a great car. Excellent experience My wife and I were fairly certain we would buy another Toyota Camry, having a nine year old Camry that has been a great car. We went to Tufankjian because it was nearby, we had heard good things about the dealership, and we had met the owner on several occasions. Our experience in purchasing a 2014 Camry Hybrid was excellent, from start to finish. Our salesman, Bob Wilfand, was patient, informative and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time going over different vehicles, showing us vehicles, and test driving a vehicle with us. We did not purchase the first visit, as we wanted to review our finances and options. Bob Wilfand was not pushy, and did not try to close the deal that day. We returned a couple of days later, intent on purchasing a Camry LE. We did inquire about a hybrid model, but to get the color we wanted would take additional time, and the discount was not as much as on a regular Camry. As we moved through the process of buying the Camry LE Bob did offer for consideration a hybrid model that Tufankjian had in stock. It was not the color we wanted, but the discount ended up being very good, so we agreed to purchase the vehicle. The paperwork went well, as Mr. Langame was very pleasant and professional. The pick-up also went well. Overall, the experience was excellent, and the car so far has been pretty much as expected - a great car for the price. We would highly recommend Bob Wilfand and Tufankjian! More

From the very beginning when searching for a vehicle I had several dealerships contacting me however, when I spoke with Bob Hyman I felt very comfortable speaking with him. He was not pushy like the other sales representatives at the other dealerships and was very honest. Because of the rapport we built, I knew when I was indeed ready to purchase, it was going to be with Braintree Toyota. Upon arriving there I meet Leo who then graciously took through my options. I know that was not an easy task because, I was still indecisive about the color while signing the contract. Leo was extremely thought full as to my want/needs in a vehicle, he really tried to give me the best options without going over my budget. I originally planed on getting just the basic model . but after our test drive and much consideration, I ended up getting what I loved. I have had my car for a little over 2 months now and, I still feel the same way I did when I first drove it off the lot, excited every time I get in it. I am really glad I didn't go with my original plan because, I knew I would regret it . Over all the customer service was excellent and since then , I've recommended Braintree Toyota to many of my colleagues & friends. More
