Went in to get Service, and ended up upgrading. I chose this dealership because I have heard tremendous reviews about the place and they were better then anybody I dealt with. I was up there the other day trying to get a new key for my Scion Tc and while waiting I was looking at the Scion Tcs when Fred Zeiba approached me and asked if I needed any help. I told him I was waiting on service and was just looking around and asked him why there were not any Scion FR-S in the showroom. He said they had a few and we went and checked them out. We then went for a test drive in one and loved it much more of an upgrade from my last car and since I needed a few things done to my Tc I thought it might be time for an upgrade. At every point through the purchase of the vehicle, Fred provided excellent customer service to me and my buying of my first new vehicle very easy and I appreciated it a lot with how fast the process was with my busy schedule. I didn't intend to buy a car but I decide to upgrade and Fred was a big help in that process. I would recommend Fred to anyone I know or my friends to go to Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree because they really know how to treat their customers right. More
