Customer for life! I was recommended how great Tufankjian was by a friend so I had to go check it out. As I walked up towards the entrance I was greeted by Angel. He was amazing and I couldn’t say enough about him (even with all the million questions I had for him, he was very patient with me & kind). I can’t thank him enough for all his help. The minute I said I liked a car on the floor but didn’t like the color - he instantly brought me upstairs to see the other colors they had. Through the whole process he was very patient and didn’t pressure me like other sales people would. I went to other dealers in the south shore and didn’t feel as near as comfortable as I did there. Angel, Bob (BK), and Wallace made the whole process of buying a new car fun and completely hassle free. I was very nervous buying my first “new” car and Wallace made me feel comfortable with the choice I was making. Most salespeople want to make the most money they can off you - all three of these gentleman didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t want. There isn’t many people like Angel, Bob (BK) and Wallace - they all helped me out so much. I am very, very, very happy with the choice I made to do business with Tufankjian and going to recommend them to all my friends and family!
