I recently purchased a 2014 RAV 4 Limited as a Birthday present to myself. The moment I met Erwin Amboy my Sales consultant with his great smile and warm and friendly personality, I knew I was in the righ present to myself. Not only did he make me feel welcome and comfortable, he was very informative and patient answering all my questions. He also made sure I knew how to work everything in my car before I drove off the lot, and told me I could call him anytime I had a question,(where else does that happen). Mark McElroy, Sales Manager was very easy to work with, both he, Erwin and myself enjoyed a few laughs and he gave me a price I was happy with. Eric Francke, Customer Care Specialist stopped by to check on me and make sure I was being taken care of and that all my needs were being met. When the time came to finalize my purchase I met with Don Richmond, Business Manager. He welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable as well, and even though it was after closing he took the time to explain and make sure I understood the extended warranty and interest rates. When I picked up my car the next day everyone wished me a Happy Birthday which made me feel so special. I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience at Tufankjian Toyota, instead of 5's I should be giving 10's. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. I went to the dealership in need of new car immediately. I was taken care of quickly and with great respect. All my needs were listened to and met. I was able to fill out all the paperwork and get a no money down, 0% finance loan. This was all accomplished in just over an hour. I was given the owner's manual and CD to review so that when I returned to pick up the car all my question would be answered. I picked up the car at the scheduled time. My questions were answered easily. The car was ready for me with a full tank of gas, inspection sticker and plates in place. The sun was shining brightly as I got in to my new Prius and drove away. This was a great car buying experience! Every person at the dealership was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It really seemed important to them that I be completely satisfied with my purchase. They invited me to return or call at any time with any questions or concerns. I am very happy with the great service that I received from John, Brian and Mark. More

This Toyota dealership has top quality repair technicians and facilities for everyone including their customers. But what makes this dealership really work for me is the service writers always take care of m and facilities for everyone including their customers. But what makes this dealership really work for me is the service writers always take care of me, quickly, professionally, and with kindness from whatever mindset I am coming at them with. Sometimes I know exactly what I need for service and sometimes I don't. Sometimes I have all the time in the world to discuss my service needs and sometimes I don't. Sometimes I am frazzled and sometimes I am clear. This morning I didn't have time to wait and I just dumped my car and keys in the parking lot and they called me later on to ask what services I needed. They always make me feel like a valued customer. While the service prices are standard dealership level/book prices, the service is top notch and my experience has been that they ALWAYS get the work done no later and for no more cost than what they say they will. My car is always running perfect when I drive away. I highly recommend that you consider this dealership for your service needs. More
