From the moment I walked into Toyota of Braintree I was impressed. I was treated with respect and felt like they truly wanted my business. It was perfect! Sunny my salesman was so knowledgable about the features and explained things with hands on training. I didn't feel rushed to comprehend everything and was told if I had any other questions to feel free to call him. I purchased a new Camry XLE at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree the last week of September. It was the first time at this dealership and what a surprise. Bob Wilfand was the Sales Associate I worked with and I will highly recommend him to my family and friends. Bob was courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and honest. Buying the car at this dealership was actually fun. I know the words fun and car buying don't usually go together but at the Tufankjian dealership it really was fun. I had done my research and knew the pricing of the car and all the options. I was ready for the challenge of negotiating on the price of the new vehicle. It was all unnecessary. There was no haggling or hard negotiation. A very good price was agreed upon within 10 minutes and that was it. Even the sit-down with the Finance manager, Arthur Martel, was a positive experience. He clearly had a list of add-ons I could buy but he did not force them on me. He did take the time to explain a couple of them to me and why he felt it made sense with my particular car purchase. There was no hard sell like at other dealers. I did purchase one of the add-ons at a very fair price. Further, I had a special request with my new car that other dealers would have balked at and said no way. Bob Wilfand was very accommodating and he and the dealership came through for me. I was also introduced to two other managers and interacted with two other staff members in buying and picking up the car. Every one of them was courteous, helpful, and pleasant. They all seemed happy about working at the Tufankjian dealership. They really wanted me to be a satisfied customer and to come back in the future. I definitely will be taking my new car back to them for service in their state-of-the-art facility. Please go see Bob Wilfand if you are in the market for a new or used car. You will be glad you did. I went to Toufankjian on Monday, September 30 for an oil change for my Rav4 which i had also purchased from the same dealership. Recently, my commute went from 40 miles round trip to 70, and I needed a car change for my Rav4 which i had also purchased from the same dealership. Recently, my commute went from 40 miles round trip to 70, and I needed a car that got better gas mileage than my Rav4. After my oil change, at 5, I pulled into the lot and looked around at the cars on the outside lot, with no intention of buying anything. I went inside and the woman at the front counter set me up with Erwin. He asked about my commute, where I work and what I did. He also asked about my driving habits and what my current mileage was on my SUV. We went down to the showroom and we looked at a few different cars, (I was still just looking) and he set me up in the 2014 Corolla. I took it for a test drive and was immediately hooked. I tried to convince myself to not be impulsive, but I really liked the features of the Corolla, the Eco function, and the bluetooth capability. After deciding that I wanted to get that car, he turned me over to Mark McElroy who made the sale as painless and as smooth as possible. So, 6 hours after arriving, and closing the dealership, I drove out with my first brand new car. It has handled beautifully so far, Ive received emails and phone calls, checking up on me and my new car (Ive already named it, The Green Monster). I went into the dealership earlier today (Friday the 4th) and both Erwin and Mark took great care of me in transferring over plates, paying my registration and just being great guys. My experiences at Toufankjian have been nothing less than fantastic, thanks to these two men, and I look forward to working with this dealership in the future. -Anthony Erevia More

This is the first Toyota I purchased from Tufankjian. My family had purchased 5 Toyotas from ANOTHER dealer and when I returned to purchase this car, they were rude . I felt pressured and they "played the car game" bringing in the salesman, a manager and then another manager . When I arrived, the person I had the appointment with was not there, the cars I wanted to see took 30 minutes to find. I felt pressured and did not feel like a valued customer. I was also told that If I wanted more for my trade in, I would have to pay sticker price ! Needless to say, I walked out ! When I went to Tufankjian, I immediately felt like a valued customer. I met with Eric who introduced me to Erwin. He took his time with me, explained the different options and how they worked in every car I wanted to see. I never felt pressured or rushed and felt like a valued customer ! I found every employee to be genuinely polite, friendly and helpful. Although I feel I should have gotten more for my trade in ( don't we all) I am extremely satisfied . My family will not hesitate to return to Tufankjian when the next car is purchased. They did everything they could do to meet my requests . Erwin is the best !! More
