Approaching the salesroom Shad Mohamed greeted us and made us feel comfortable, relaxed and, assured we were in good (but not pushy) hands. We feel we got a great deal as we shopped around at a handful of local dealerships looking for this exact model/year. The, Shad introduced us to his Group Manager Mark McElroy who further instilled a sense of comfort and security in making such a large purchase by giving us his card and urging us to contact him if there was anything we were not satisfied with that he would do whatever he could to rectify the situation. After getting approved for Tier1 credit through Don Richmond we were introduced to Bill Detellis because we expressed an interest in a remote starter/car security installation which he explained and arranged to our satisfaction. Don Richmond then proceeded to explain the documentation process, produced and completed the sales contract all the while Shad Mohamed was busy seeing to finishing touches of having the RAV4 detailed, gassed up and ready for us to drive home. A couple days later, Bill Detellis called us to say he was going to have the alarm technician contact us to schedule an appointment to have that installed. When that day came I was greeted professionally at the Service Bay and within the hour the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend this Dealership to my friends and family given my positive experience dealing with them but most of all with the professionalism and kindness of our salesman Shad Mohamed. More

My salesman Francis Araujo was a pleasure to work with, he worked very hard to get me the deal that I wanted, as I was very firm on what I would pay. Both the business manager, Walace, the internet manager Kaitlin, and Bill the accessories manger were extremely helpful. Dealing with Erwin was the best experience that I have ever had with a salesman in my life ( I am 64 years old). He greeted me with a great smile and he was so knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I trusted him completely and he was very skilled at listening to everything that I said. He also answered every single question that I asked and I felt that he had my best interest at heart the entire time . He was able to sense what was the best car for me, and I am so very thankful to him. He was also so polite and kind, and I felt as if I were purchasing a car from a member of my own family. I know that he went out of his way to stay later than he was supposed to and yet he never made me feel like I was being pressured or he was in a rush. We visited this dealership since I purchased my last Toyota there. We did not expect to purchase a vehicle on that day. He convinced us that we should not bother to go to different dealerships since we had been happy with our old Toyota. We ended up buying a 2013 Highlander. This is the 3rd vehicle we've purchase from Tufankjian - Toyota of Braintree! It's the second we've purchased with Benson Onwuamaebu as our Salesperson. Benson was wonderful when my husband bought his truck two and a half years ago. So, when it was my turn for a new vehicle we sought Benson out!! He truly does look out for you. Gives you all the information that you need and doesn't pressure you. He even set up my bluetooth in the car. If I had to figure it out I'd still be working on it!! I was promised one financing rate, but after being hustled through the signing process discovered that my rate was 300% higher. Be VERY careful if you deal with these people. I do not feel they can be trusted! More
