Sunny was the most professional sales person I have dealt with in buying my cars in over the last 30 years. He went above and beyond in helping me out. He came to my home and showed me how to use my vehicle with in buying my cars in over the last 30 years. He went above and beyond in helping me out. He came to my home and showed me how to use my vehicle & all the features knowing that my mother just had a stroke and I am caring for her around the clock and unable to leave home unless I have someone else to watch her. The GPS is not working in my new vehicle and he made sure the part was expedited so I can have the use of that feature and has set up an appointment to have the mother board installed on Monday. Sunny has helped me with the pick up and delivery to install the part by picking up my car at my home and dropping it off due to my mother's health condition. I am looking forward to doing business with him in the future and telling family and friends to go to this dealership if they are looking for a Toyota or Scion and to make sure they do their business with Sunny. I shopped for weeks all over Scoutheastern MA finding the same old stereotypical car dealers. Toyota of Braintree really is different. I walked in pretty much an expert in the "game" and wasn't about to wa same old stereotypical car dealers. Toyota of Braintree really is different. I walked in pretty much an expert in the "game" and wasn't about to waste a half a day playing their's. We had a deal made in less time than it took most dealers to finally come clean on the price and I was driving the new truck home a short time later. I do recommend this dealership and in a year or so when I have to replace the wife's car, they will be my first stop. More
