Hi Anonymous, I'm sorry you had an experience here that was less than ideal. As far as "hidden fees", can you be more specific? Most of the fees after the price of the car (which is the pure price, set by Scion) are the fees that are collected by the state, which are the same every where you go, and are inescapable. The only fee outside that is the documentation fee, which every dealer has, and we post on every single car on our website, every written quote and every purchase and sales, so it is not "hidden" in any way. I have had to many problems with this car since since I have gotten it. It needed to have the battery replaced it was at 40% not to mention this was not told to me when I got it even when they serviced it.This car is a 2014 should have no problems with it. I have had a couple of tough times starting the car. The most frustrating thing to me is I asked Fred what this hidden fee was which is The Personal Property tax that was NOT told to me when I got the car which I was totally thrown off with when I got the bill. But the biggest thing is Fred showed NO professionalism when I tried to get in contact with him to see what this was all about he didn't even bother to respond to me either via text or phone call that would have been much appreciated! Thank You.
