He also mentioned that I deserved to do business with the #1 rated dealership in the country. He promised first class service and so far has exceeded our expectations. Buying a car is not fun but he promptly made it a walk in the park. It was fun and non-pressuring to do business with Ed. His patience was second to none. My wife and I test drove more than 9 cars before finally deciding what we really wanted. He jokingly asked why we had to test drive so many cars and my wife jokingly answered because he allowed us to. We tended to keep our cars for a very long time. To make a long story short, Ed has become and would remain my family's point man for all things automobile. He is very knowledgeable of all things Toyota and a pleasure to hold a conversation with. In the last 5 months I have personally purchased 3 cars (Avalon, Camry, and a Corolla) from Ed at very fair prices, and if my memory was correct I also recommended Ed to some our friends. 5 of whom have since had the pleasure of meeting Ed and bought from him. So that makes 8 cars in less than 6 months. We are all very grateful to have met him, and would always recommended his professional services to all in our circle who need cars. Overall though, everyone whom we came in contact with, including Shad, was very professional. It took some time for me to finally get to this survey but I'm sure Ed would understand. More
I came to this dealership as the lease on my corolla was coming to an end. I met with Jess Colanino, who was new at the time. Immediately she gave me a warm smile and presented herself with so much confidence that I knew she would do her best to help me- and she did. Jess made my whole situation way easier to deal with and made an effort to care, versus being a sketchy, stingy, car salesman. It felt like she was a close friend that I could truly trust. I highly recommend Jess Colanino and believe she truly has a different approach than most car salesmen. You won't regret seeing her! Also props to Ian Merrill for helping her through all of the details of my trade, he was awesome as well! More

When i originally went there, I specifically told them I wasn't going to buy that day, I was still looking and would then make an informed decision. Francys and Mark still treated me as if I walked in waiving a checkbook and saying I wanted to buy a fleet of cars. Francys listened to everything I had to say, was very personable, friendly and was able to answer any question or concern I had about the Highlander. We went on a test drive and had a great conversation about everything; he made me feel very comfortable and even showed me how to sync my phone with the car. When we got back, I had a great talk with Mark, who was very honest about the leasing options and what he would be able to do to get me into this car. I had been to a different Toyota dealership the day before and they basically just told me what it is they thought I wanted to hear. Mark was refreshing in that he didn't do that and he also put me at ease. When Mark and I spoke Tuesday I had pretty much decided to go with them, but had a few last minute questions which Mark answered and the deal was done. He was there when I arrived Wednesday morning, brought me over to Francys and we began the process. I have to say that Bill, Walace and the lady that is the receptionist (and I apologize for not getting her name) also made the leasing experience very easy and very comfortable. I would go back there again in a minute to buy or lease another vehicle. More

I have spent over 30 years in sales and sales management and would quite frankly have fired a few salesmen that day. We then arrived at Toyota of Braintree, where we had purchased 2 other cars, and found them to be very helpful, concerned, and all tried to make this a pleasant visit. We were greeted upon our arrival by more than one person who was more than willing to help us. When we told them we were here to see Kenny Tempro they made sure he was aware we were waiting and in his absence were willing to help until he arrived. The best part of this service was that it was not done in an overbearing way or hard sell approach some local dealers have become known for. We always felt that it was always with our convenience in mind. When Kenny arrived we told him what we were looking for and he promptly arranged for us to see the vehicles and test drive the one we picked out. At all times Kenny was the ultimate professional. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of our needs. He made this an outstanding visit and ultimately purchase of our new Rav4. In a couple of years we will be looking for a new car to replace our second car, a Camry, it is no doubt we will just go back to Toyota of Braintree and Kenny. Bob Hadges, the business manager we spoke with, finished the experience with a perfect handling of all the financial paperwork necessary to complete the deal. All in all it was a very satisfying visit to a growing family dealership that has not forgotten that customer service and satisfaction is the correct way to build a successful business. More

I purchased my RAV4 in February 2013. In June 2013 I began hearing a "clicking" sound in the steering wheel whenever I made a turn. I had the pleasure of speaking to Kenny Tempro who assured me that it was safe to drive the vehicle and that he would schedule a service call for me to bring in my vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership for my appointment, Kenny met me at the door, drove my car into service and escorted me to meet with service representative, Brian Linn. I was a little nervous because I was not sure how to explain the problem the vehicle was having, other than that there was a "clicking" sound. Kenny took charge and explained the problem to Brian which put me at ease. Brian assured me that the problem will be taken care of. He also informed me that my vehicle was due for it's ("her") first maintenance checkup and that it will be taken care of also. Within a few hours I was back in my vehicle, there was no "clicking" sound, and it did not cost me anything. That's the way I like it. This place provided me the best price and best service compare with others two. Peter Ding was the sales person I had. He is patience and helpful. He show five different cars to me (used and new), and he didn’t push me on making any purchasing decision. In fact, when we negotiate the price, he didn’t even give me any sort of frustration or bad temper other sales person did. When I decide to walk away cuz I want to see what deal I can get from other place. Peter simply shake my hand and tell me that he will see me again because he gave the best price on the market. And he is not lying on that, I did get the best price from him. Also want to thanks Walace Langame, the Finance manager who did all paper work with me. He is very friendly and professional. Mr. Walace explained all the benefits I’m getting from Toyota and also give me few good advices on car maintenance and car insurance which could help me save a lot unnecessary spending. Thank you Peter and Walace for provide me this confortable service experience. If I ever need a new car i will come back to Toyota Braintree for sure. More

He was friendly, open-minded and had our best interest at heart while helping us to find the vehicle best for us. Over the course of our interaction, there were a few roadblocks, in the form of insurance issues and the like, but the Toyota of Braintree team really stepped up to find us a fantastic solution.
