Toyota Highlander is the first car that we have bought from Tufankjian and I must say that all aspects of our car buying experience was exceptional. From the initial conversation with George Saef about why to trade in my 2007 Prius, our experience was exceptionally good. Very friendly, humorous, informational about the various options possible. He showed us several different cars upstairs to be sure we were buying just what we wanted and wrote up the appropriate sales order. Then he turned us over to Arthur Martel to go through the financial pieces. Arthur managed to set everything up easily and very much to our satisfaction. Although he was not in on Friday when we picked up the car, all the necessary work was in order. Don Richmond went through everything point by point in a thorough and friendly manner. Brian McGrath spent a tremendously long time with us, explaining all the features of the Prius (aside from the automotive pieces!). Much patience!!!! And George circled back to be sure everything was in order and to our satisfaction. We were extremely pleased with the service - it is now the fourth car we have purchased from Toyota, all of them through George. Only the highest praises for this sales team - fantastic! More
We recently bought a new Toyota Sienna XLE AWD and the process was fantastic. We did not plan to puchase the minivan that day, however we couldnt resist after taking it for a test drive and meeting our s process was fantastic. He listened to our needs and our "wish list" for the minivan. He was able to show us exactly what we were looking to buy. He did not try too over sell us on a vehicle that we couldnt afford or didnt want. We had dual DVD players installed, which was explained to us by Bill - he did an excellent job describing how they work and the benefits of dual DVD players vs the factory installed--my kids love them !! Our Finance Manager Walace made this part seamless. He was very prepared at the time of closing, knowlegable of products and found us a great leasing program . On the day we were scheduled to pick up the Sienna, Tony was not working,Sunny took over for him. He did a wonderful job at explaining the in's and out's of our new minivan. He is extremely knowledgeable and tech savvy which is great because we are not! Sunny made us feel like he had been working with us from the beginning. We had the pleasure of meeting the GM Carlos-he checked in with us several times while we were there. Always making sure we were being taking care of and if we had any questions. This was our first experience puchasing from Tufankjian and would buy again from them in a minute. The Toyota of Braintree dealership was wonderful. Every person there said hello to you and offered to help you in any way they could. I particularly dealt with the manager Kevin Chicoine and the salesman person there said hello to you and offered to help you in any way they could. I particularly dealt with the manager Kevin Chicoine and the salesman Ryan Sell, through whom I purchased my Corolla. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. With my busy schedule, when I was trying to figure out when I could get there to pick my car up, Ryan even offered to come in on his day off if that would be more convenient for me. Also, after I purchased my car, Ryan called me a few days later to see how the car was running and if I had any more questions about the car. He really went the extra mile. I did also deal with John Celesk in Finance, who was great, and didnt even mind when I decided to change my depost amount and he had to redo some of my paperwork. The day I picked my car up, he knew I was in a hurry, so he had all the new paperwork ready for me to sign so I would not get delayed there. I was in and out of the dealership in 1/2 hour total the day I picked my car up. I also dealt with Bill Detellis briefly on my accessories. He was also friendly and very knowledgeable, explaining thinging very clearly and helping me to decide what options would be best for my car, without being pushy. Overall, the dealership was a pleasure to deal with, a great bunch of people. More

The sale of the vehicle could have been better as I feel we still paid too much. We only went to this dealer because of convenience and nothing else. The dealership was just ok and about the same as all the others. Looking for the best deal is almost non-existent. We felt the sales could have gone quicker if not for the wait and bate game of this dealership. Either tell the people you can't do it, meet the price or just give the customer the price. We spent 3 days going back and forth on the price. We feel that the process takes too long and can be more better handled by the sales management. More

We were his last customers for the day, in fact the last 5 people in the building and based on his willingness and energy level it was easy to forget that is was 10:00 p.m. He ensured that he asked questions about our personal needs, likes and wants and did what was possible to accommodate us. He was very transparent with the options that were available to my husband and me. He seems to have extensive knowledge of what customer satisfaction can result and in my case it was walking away with a new vehicle and not experiencing any kind of buyer’s remorse. He spends his time making sure that I am always satisfied with his service even after closing the sale and for that reason I will have no issues referring anyone to him and Toyota Scion of Braintree in Massachusetts.
