We have never bought a "new" car, certainly from a "stealership." The time was right to be able to make a huge, financed purchase, perhaps our third Toyota? It all goes to the man (Ed) who picked up the phone on the first call. Many people suggest that if an unknown vendor (we're from Western Mass) cannot manage the first interaction, hang up and never call back. I called three times, asking info each time. Then the fourth call went to my wife--each time I insisted on speaking with "Ed." Each time, I was passed to him (maybe once there was hestitation to do so...), but Ed established the best credibility of all vendors I phoned. He was never too business and never too "salesy" with a commmission-structure pressure (not that he ought not earn a commission, but I should never feel its influence). From that point forward, everything was above-board and contrary to every negative stereotype out there. Thanks to you. More

came to dealership looking for a new Prius C or a used Prius. Ryan did a nice job showing us our options, and we elected to buy the used 2008 Prius.
