We were very happy with our experience at Tufankjian Toyota. It was very much like our previous experiences with Saturn when we bought our two previous cars. There was no pressure, our first visit afforded us the opportunity to look around the showroom by ourselves. When we found the Prius V and really started noticing the price, milage,and size, we were very impressed. We weren't aware of the larger model, and thought the Prius was too small and expensive. We'd been mainly looking at a RAV4. When Ian Merrill came along to talk to us, we were very impressed by his knowledge even though he was fairly new, and were very happy with the way he spoke to us and gave us information. We had an actual conversation about various models, and what was right for us. He listened to us and spoke honestly without pushing us towards anything. The test drive was fun. We got to drive around a bit near the dealership and on the highway. Ian seemed very comfortable with us and we were comfortable with him. Our homework with other cars ended up being shorter than we thought, with just the Subaru Forester in the running with the Prius. The Prius won hands down, due to the gas mileage and how spacious the car is, which is exactly what we needed. Tufankjian gave us a good deal on our Saturn as a trade-in and worked very hard to give us exactly the deal we wanted in order to purchase the car. It was great that we were able to drive off the lot last night with our new car. We appreciate all the good people who helped us during this process and will definitely recommend your dealership and the Prius to everyone we know. There was another gentleman to whom we spoke last night in Jennifer's office (I can't remember his name) and the other man who helped us order the all-weather floor mats. Both of these gentlemen were helpful and enjoyable to speak with! It was also a treat to meet and briefly speak with one of the owners of the dealership. Please tell him thank you as well and that when we need another car, we will definitely be back! More
Overall the experience was good. Sales had miscommunication when giving me price. The sales associate understood my situation and requirements but the sales manager gave price that did not tak miscommunication when giving me price. When I made my final decision to purchase the vehicle, the price was different that originally quoted. This caused much disappointment and I almost walked away. However, other considerations lead me to buy from this dealer as well as some lowering of overall price to meet my expectations. You definately need to make sure your make your requirements known and that what you are shown and told meet that. More

Experience was good. Car is ok in terms of value. Was told it would get 17 miles per charge and when fully charged it says 11. Radio is also pretty poor in terms of technology. After speaking with a few of his employees during the process, , they voiced the contentment of working for the Tufankjian family, we can understand why, to us that sealed the deal! To all involved with our 2013 Venza lease,the experience was superb!! My husband and I have been to many dealerships, (BIG NAME) I might add, by far we were treated like we were the only customers there, even though the showroom was very busy! The staff was informative, friendly, professional and very attentive to our needs, in what we were looking for! Beside all the other positives, the teamwork blew us away, very impressed! We thank everyone at TUFANKJIAN for the kind and courteous manner in which we treated! If there were a rating beyond GREAT, they've succeeded!! I came into the dealership with the hope of buying a car and getting out of a horrendous situation brought on by Sullivan Brothers in Kingston last year. I really appreciated his approach and professionalism. I trusted him immediatley. He was practical when it came to showing me the the cars that I could afford. I next met with Carlos Ortega. He was so professional and personable and gave me hope that I might actually be able to work out a transaction. I then met with Bill Detellis to look at accessories on his "very large" computer screen. He was funny, personable and very professional. He made some very wise choices for me which I chose to purchase. Onward to Walace Langame...the financier. What a wonderful, kind and intelligent man. I was so nervous meeting with him and he immediatley put me at ease. We chatted for a bit and he told me that he would do everything he could to get financing for me to purchase a vehicle, again, not an easy situation....and boy did he ever! Two days later I drove off the Tufankjian Toyota lot in my brand new 2012 Rav 4 one incredibly happy lady! This was the most amazing car purchase experience of my life...and there have been many!
