I did not have the experience with this dealership that others have had, and it all came down to timing. It all started out well and good. I spoke with Eric over the phone and he answered all my questions others have had, and it all came down to timing. It all started out well and good. I spoke with Eric over the phone and he answered all my questions and we came up with a good price. But the day I went to the dealership, I had an appt. for a test drive only, and that is all I had left time for. It was after work and I needed to get home to the family. I took the test drive(s) and then had planned to go home but Manny kept asking me questions. I didn't want to be rude so I answered them. But then I started saying how I was tired and really just wanted to go home. And then came another question. I absolutely should have just walked out, but one time I literally couldn't because they had my car keys. I was there until 8:30 and I told everyone how tired I was and how I didn't feel I could make a rationale decision and how I wanted to go home; I wasn't ready to buy. I know these guys are salesmen, but I'd hope they would have some sensitivity and respect for others' time. I did believe the deal was a good one, and ultimately I bought the car that night, but not without feeling mugged and exhausted (both of which I told them). Then upon picking it up, I was told it might take an hour. Two and a half hours later (!!) I was finally leaving with my car, and in all that time, they hadn't even gotten me an inspection sticker. So, I had to return the following Monday. (This dealership is not all that convenient to my house or work.) Everyone was definitely friendly, but they were just not respectful of my time, and this appeared again when I returned a week after purchase to get a small issue corrected. I was told it would take an hour (so was planning on wait on the way to work), then was told it could take all day (What time will you be back for the car? I am WAITING for the car because you said it would take an hour! I need to get to work!) and THEN maybe that it wouldn't even be done that day...could I come back tomorrow? Beyond the lack of respect for my time, the only other thing that I felt was actually a bit unethical was that, after this experience, I felt extremely pressured to give all "excellents" on the upcoming survey. It was repeated to me over and over how much they wanted all excellents. Of course they did, but I did NOT have an excellent experience, and finally I felt incredibly uncomfortable even discussing it with the person being reviewed. I felt harassed. By the way, I have since had a better experience working with Gail Nelson, who is very sensitive to my concerns, and I actually very much like their repair department, but I , personally, would still think twice about buying another car here. Hopefully I am just one in a million, as it seems most others have had wonderful experiences. More

I shopped around for similar suv's, one a Volvo xc90 from Volvo of Norwell, and the other an Acura MDX from Prime Acura, including a visit to Toyota of Braintree. The only reason I chose to return to this d Volvo of Norwell, and the other an Acura MDX from Prime Acura, including a visit to Toyota of Braintree. The only reason I chose to return to this dealership is because of Benson. When I was shopping around, the other 2 salesmen were very demanding, insistant and exremely pushy and made me feel very uncomfortable, even asking for money down right on the spot!. Benson made me feel very welcome, comfortable and truly appreciated...After I looked at this vehicle, I said I may be back in a day or two with my husband to work out some numbers. There was no pressure, and Benson was very happy to tell me everything about the vehicle so I could make an educated decision on what I was potentially buying. He is the only reason my husband and I came back to Toyota of Braintree...I loved the other SUV's just as much, and my husband put the decision in my hands, but the service Benson showed to me is what made me return. My husband would agree that it says an awful lot that he impressed me, as I am particular in many ways. Thank you for a wonderful experience and send my well-wishes to Benson...and thank his family for allowing him to come in on his day off to purchase the vehicle. More
This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and it was the best experience! I needed a car right away to be able get to work since mine had problems not worth fixing. I was nervous about having to be without a car but when I got there they gave me a good trade in value for my car and a rebate for having recently graduated college. The sales manager set me up with Angel, a really helpful and nice salesman. Based on what I told them I wanted they set me up to test drive the Corolla LE in one of the colors I was considering. I was able to test drive it by myself! I really liked the car and when I sat down with Angel he showed me the options that didn't come on the model I test drove. I said I wanted to add a sunroof. Given the price to make that change he said I should take a look at the Corolla Sport since the sunroof was included and I would get a lot more upgrades that wouldn't cost that much more than just the sunroof. They even ran the financing and showed me the difference in the monthly payments if I went with the LE or Sport. We went and brought the Corolla Sport down in the other color I was considering and I fell in love! It was like Angel knew before I did that I would really appreciate all the upgrades. I told him my big decision now was to decide whether I wanted the blue or gray Sport. I was outside comparing the gray LE to the blue Sport and I was really surprised when Angel brought down the Sport in gray so I would have an easier time picking a color! When the service manager showed me other options that the dealership could install on the car they didn't push anything and even said they weren't going to try and convince me I needed to add anything. I really wanted an automatic starter so we added it to the order and set up my first service so I would be in the system and would be easier for me to schedule oil changes and tire rotations (free of charge for 2 years!). I was able to drive my car away the same day even though I didn't get there until 4:30 pm to start looking! They said I could make an appointment or drop my car off to get the automatic starter done whenever it was convenient for me. I dropped it off later that week and the person I dropped my car off with was friendly and actually asked me if I needed to get dropped off anywhere which I wouldn't expect from a dealership. Angel and everyone else at Toyota did everything to get me set up in my new car and made it a great experience. I love my new car and I will always come here for service and future purchases. More

As someone who does not know much about cars, I was apprehensive about purchasing a car. Bob and all of the employees I dealt with (Ryan Tierney, Arthur Martel, Carlos Ortega, and Eric Francke)put me at ease knowing that I was dealing with honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy professionals. When I made an appointment to visit the dealership I immediately received an appointment confirmation via emaill. Upon my arrival, Bob met me and introduced me to Ryan. I was immediately impressed when Ryan had the phone information that I had given Bob over the phone on his desk. Ryan was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions about the car. He took me on a test drive and provided me with more car facts and told me about dealership services. I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle and Ryan and I filled out the easy and short application. Bob checked in with us and I proceeded to speak with Eric Francke who was a great help. After a short time Ryan and Bob returned with an offer which we negotiated and I accepted. Meanwhile, Arthur Martel and Carlos Ortega were working behind the scenes to get me a lower interest rate unbeknownst to me. They were able to get me an interest rate half of what I hadThey expected! This allowed me to finance a "wrap around" package which was expertly explained to me. I know this addition made great economic sense to me, but the best part of all to me was that I could get a remote to turn on the car. I signed the financial documents with Arthur and met with Bob and Ryan making arrangements to return for the car. All the employees that I dealt with at the Tufankjian Dealership seemed truly interested in my satisfaction and went above an beyond to help me obtain the car of my dreams. There was no competitiveness among salespeople or high pressure sales tactics and they all worked together smoothly as a team with my happiness as their goal. I am confident that I will be well taken care of by this group of employees during the many years ahead that I intend toown this dream car. I would highly recommend to any potential car buyer to set up an appointment with Bob to meet with the other competent members of the Tufankjian Toyota team to inquire about their inventory. More

Much to my surprise, none of this occurred! I dealt with Brian Mcgrath, who was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in working with me to close the deal. Brian made my car-buying experience a pleasure - as did Bob Hadges, who I initially talked to about locating the car (model and color) I wanted.
