This is the third new 4Runner we have purchased in the last 15 years and the second one from the Tufankjian Family. The vehicle is great, it offers all of the quality and reliability we are used to. In addition our new 4runner limited has many luxury and high tech features one would only expect in a luxury vehicle. One option that is new for 2012 is power running boards. George Saef (new vehicle manager) acquired the first 2012 4runner in the Boston Region with the exact color and options we ordered including the new power running boards. Kenny Tempro made sure everything went perfect at delivery. The vehicle was ready for us in an indoor staging area so we were nice and comfortible will Kenny Tempro took all the time we needed to learn the voice activated Navigation, Blue Tooth for our IPhones, satilite radio and more. Kenny made our first service appointment, went over all the paper work , got our new registration and inspection sticker in a very timely manner. The personal and professional way in which Kenny Tempro conducts himself puts him in a class of his own. We would highly recommend him to any one looking for a new or used vehicle. Who ever trained Kenny must really know what they were doing because Kenny is the best! The pricing of the new vehicle was more than fair and the trade in value for our 2007 4runner was very generous. After delivery of the vehicle there was an issue encountered that I believe was out of the ordinary. This is where their extraordinary customer services really shinned. I brought the issue to the attention to Eduardo and Carlos and they quickly addressed this very difficult situation to my complete satisfaction. I was very impressed on how professional they were in dealing with the unusual problem. Jessica was brought back in to ensure the financial side was addressed. I have been a Toyota car owner for a few years now and I have always taken it to Toyota in Braintree for any and all service. The quality of the people in the service department cannot be compared to any ot have always taken it to Toyota in Braintree for any and all service. The quality of the people in the service department cannot be compared to any other dealership or service station. They have always treated me with utmost respect, and dignity and are always very honest and complete in their assessment of my car's needs. I have never felt that they were trying to sell me on something that I did not need, or try to get me to spend more money than necessary. On my most recent visit, I decided to look into either purchasing or leasing a new car because my Camry was 11 years old and I was looking for a larger vehicle. The salesman, Sam Zaidan, was more than helpful in reviewing all of my buying and leasing options, and was incredibly respectful of my budget, which I appreciated greatly. Sam worked with one of the financial managers, Carlos Ortega, who was very kind and worked very hard to get me the best pricing possible. Later on, I met with Walace Langame, who finalized my financial paperwork and lease application. He was fantastic and worked diligently to convince the bank to include an additional insurance option into my financing and also waived my first month's payment! Sam also took care of all additional paperwork, handled the plate cancellation, and contacted my insurance agent to file all necessary paperwork and assure that my insurance was up to date. He really went above and beyond his role as salesman and made me feel like I was more than just a customer. I will absolutely return to Sam for all of my future car-purchasing needs. More
