I came back to this dealership for my 6th Camry. I have known Carlos since he was at Clair Toyota. There was no haggling, just a bottom line price. Brian has been very proactive in calling me to see how I am liking the car and to see if I have questions. Eric Francke was most helpful as it was during the Shareathon give a way when I was in the dealership. He signed me up for Twitter and made sure that I would receive a debit card. Took my Mother in to purchase her very first new car. A present from Dad. Met with Steve, who showed us the many vehicles in stock in their indoor car lot. Once she found she liked the RAV 4, she had to choose a color from the big inventory on hand. Steve was very patient and informative about every aspect of the process. We decided once we found the vehicle she liked, that we would shop other dealers and manufacturers to compare. I found the same vehicle at another dealer for a lower price. Tufankjian matched the other dealer price when we returned. The whole sale process was done quick and efficiently. Mom loves her Rav 4 and I was impressed at how the whole deal was done with no pressure and how relaxed mo was during the whole deal. Highly recommend for anyone to stop in and see Steve when looking for their next vehicle. More

We had called Michael ahead of time to talk about what we wanted; on the day we arranged to come in, Angel the salesman was right at the door waiting for us, with everything set. Wallace at financing did a great job getting us a better financing package than we expected. Not easy car shopping with babies, and we've run into dealerships that seem to make you jump through hoops to get to a good price. Not here. More

Ryan was terrific to work with. He provided personalized attention, was very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in (Corolla and Prius).
