My overall experience was as pleasant as one can expect for buying a new car with the exception that there was a long wait time between the steps that they lead you through in purchasing a car. My first encounter with this dealership was with Ed Walsh. After reading my internet request, he promptly called me and answered all my questions instead of doing what many dealerships do — not tell yo Walsh. I decided during that phone call if everyone at Toyota of Braintree is as upfront as Ed, this is where I wanted to buy a car. I told Ed that my husband and I would be in Braintree the following day. To my surprise he called before I left my home and told me to call when I was close to the dealership so he could have the car ready for me to test drive. Once there I was greeted by Ed and introduced to the wonderful man who I had the pleasure of buying my car from. His name is Manuel Javier. He is a gentle, kind, considerate, caring, pleasing, nonthreatening sales person who NEVER looses his patience no matter how many times you insist you are right, and he has the most wonderful accent! Once all the formalities were over we drove the car and noticed there was no back up camera, which I was told it had! Manny brought it to the attention of Mark Mcelroy, the sales manager, and Mark came over and with out any hassle told me that a camera would be installed at no cost to me! By this time I had made up my mind that this was the dealership I wanted to buy a car from and just hoped they would give me the trade in I expected. They did and now I was on my way to meet Bill DeTellis the accessories manager. It is Bill's job to tell you all the extra things you can buy for your car. I was very upfront with him and told him there was only one thing I wanted and to my surprise he only told us what options were available and he did not try to pressure me into spending more money than I wanted. Now we brought to the finance office. Here we were introduced to Jessica who is very knowledgeable, full of positive energy. Besides getting your financing in order it is her job to inform you of more things you can purchase for your car such as warranties etc. I listened to what she had to offer and then chose only those things I knew would benefit me. Again no hassle from Jessica! I am now driving my Toyota Camry Hybrid and love it and the experience I had at Toyota of Braintree. Thank you all for this wonderful experience. More

I was greeted at the door when I went in to the showroom. The salesperson, Eduardo Vivas, showed me around the building and assisted me in identifying the vehicle I would later purchase. He explained how the dealership worked and introduced me to the gentleman who rated my trade in vehicle. Mr. Vivas presented the appraisal of my vehicle to me and after a few negotiations with Mr. vivas as well as the Manager we agreed on a price. I was not feeling very well so it was decided I would leave a deposit and go home. Mr. Vivas would complete the paperwork and let me know how much I sould still owe and what the next step would be. The following day Mr. vivas called me with the balance that i owed and told me he would have the vehicle ready for me in one hour. I went to the dealership and met with Mr. Vivas, the finance mgr. and the retail mgr. Next Eduardo brought me out to the car and went over in detail every aspect and feature of the the truck. He also explained the 25,000/2 year maintenance program and answered all of my questions. My experience at this dealership was outstanding. Each person I encountered was polite, friendly and did whatever they could to make me comfortable. The owner of the dealership Mr. Tufankjian even made a trip out to say hello and to thank me for the business. More

We were looking to purchase a new vehicle for our expanding family and decided on getting a minivan. After much research, we decided on the Sienna. My wife and I walked into Toyota of Braintree to expanding family and decided on getting a minivan. After much research, we decided on the Sienna. My wife and I walked into Toyota of Braintree to see if we can look and test drive the Sienna. We were promptly greeted by the sales manager on the floor that night. This is our 5th new purchase and I can't tell you how many times we walked into a dealership, stood around for a while, with barely anyone in the dealership and being ignored until we have to flag someone down. So things were off to a good start. The sales manager asked if we were being helped and promptly introduced us to Mr. Vivas. We sat down and Mr. Vivas asked what we wanted to accomplish today. We said we wanted to take a look at the Sienna and would like to test drive one today. After answering some basic questions, we proceeded to look if they have the car we wanted with the options we wanted in stock. Unfortunately, there was none in stock, but Mr. Vivas was able to find a vehicle closest to what we wanted to purchase and gave us the key to test drive the vehicle on our own. No questions asked, just gave us the key and told us to take it for a spin. All my previous test drive, the sales rep came along, but not here. Again, very pleasantly surprised but we rolled with it. After the test drive, we sat down with Mr. Vivas again and while we wre test driving he went and searched all his inventory and find the car we wanted. He was able to find one that will be coming into the dealership in a couple of weeks. Perfect! We left happy and content with our car buying experience with Toyota that night. Fast forward to 1 week later, Mr. Vivas called us to follow up with us and see if we were still interested in the car we wanted. I said yes of course and he shared the good news that they have the exact car we wanted. The car was in stock and ready for our purchase a few weeks early. We went in that night at 8pm, sat down with Mr. Vivas, negotiated the price (which was rock solid) with little to no effort. The process was seemless and straightforward. No games, just a few back and forth and we agreed upon a price that I was content with. Got all the paperwork signed and the next day the car was physically delivered to our door step. Another plus in my book. Mr. Vivas was incredibly nice to work with. He stayed late that night when we bought our car, when the doors was already closed, to make sure we had all our questions answered. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at this dealership and ask to work with Mr. Vivas. It was an awesome experience and we look forward to working with Toyota of Braintree to service our car as well as any future Toyota purchases. Thank you Toyota of Braintree! You guys truly rock! More
