He was easily accessible at all hours of the day/night, as most random questions came when I ended up leaving the dealership. I decided on a color, and Andy was able to locate the exact type of 4Runner I had been looking for, and had it ready in 2 days. Additionally, John made the actual purchase process a cake walk, and is an expert at what he does. Negotiating was painless, Andy was respectful of our budget and didn't push to upgrade us into a more expensive vehicle. We bought the car we wanted for exactly what we were looking to spend. I find car shopping stressful: Are we getting the most car for our money? Are we getting the best rate?
