When you first walk into the dealership everyone is so welcoming and helpful. My dad and I had the pleasure of working with Kenny Tempro. I was buying my first car and he was the guy to go to. He helpe welcoming and helpful. My dad and I had the pleasure of working with Kenny Tempro. I was buying my first car and he was the guy to go to. He helped us in every way possible and we left there with a smile. I never thought you could buy a new car and leave the dealer knowing you received the best deal possible. Working with Kenny Tempro was great and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He truly takes care of you. More

We were looking to purchase a new vehicle for our expanding family and decided on getting a minivan. After much research, we decided on the Sienna. My wife and I walked into Toyota of Braintree to expanding family and decided on getting a minivan. After much research, we decided on the Sienna. My wife and I walked into Toyota of Braintree to see if we can look and test drive the Sienna. We were promptly greeted by the sales manager on the floor that night. This is our 5th new purchase and I can't tell you how many times we walked into a dealership, stood around for a while, with barely anyone in the dealership and being ignored until we have to flag someone down. So things were off to a good start. The sales manager asked if we were being helped and promptly introduced us to Mr. Vivas. We sat down and Mr. Vivas asked what we wanted to accomplish today. We said we wanted to take a look at the Sienna and would like to test drive one today. After answering some basic questions, we proceeded to look if they have the car we wanted with the options we wanted in stock. Unfortunately, there was none in stock, but Mr. Vivas was able to find a vehicle closest to what we wanted to purchase and gave us the key to test drive the vehicle on our own. No questions asked, just gave us the key and told us to take it for a spin. All my previous test drive, the sales rep came along, but not here. Again, very pleasantly surprised but we rolled with it. After the test drive, we sat down with Mr. Vivas again and while we wre test driving he went and searched all his inventory and find the car we wanted. He was able to find one that will be coming into the dealership in a couple of weeks. Perfect! We left happy and content with our car buying experience with Toyota that night. Fast forward to 1 week later, Mr. Vivas called us to follow up with us and see if we were still interested in the car we wanted. I said yes of course and he shared the good news that they have the exact car we wanted. The car was in stock and ready for our purchase a few weeks early. We went in that night at 8pm, sat down with Mr. Vivas, negotiated the price (which was rock solid) with little to no effort. The process was seemless and straightforward. No games, just a few back and forth and we agreed upon a price that I was content with. Got all the paperwork signed and the next day the car was physically delivered to our door step. Another plus in my book. Mr. Vivas was incredibly nice to work with. He stayed late that night when we bought our car, when the doors was already closed, to make sure we had all our questions answered. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at this dealership and ask to work with Mr. Vivas. It was an awesome experience and we look forward to working with Toyota of Braintree to service our car as well as any future Toyota purchases. Thank you Toyota of Braintree! You guys truly rock! Everyone was really helpful with the whole process of leasing a new car. Kenny listened to what i had to say and worked towards helping. He even remembered me joking about a free hat and had two when i s leasing a new car. Kenny listened to what i had to say and worked towards helping. He even remembered me joking about a free hat and had two when i signed my paperwork. Brian helped get my plates switched and allowed us to test drive other cars while i waited for the registration to be done. Both were great to work with. They were really down to earth, easy to talk to, kinda guys. More
It was time for me to consider a new car, perhaps the last car I will have. Where do I go..what car do I choose?? Honda has just built a new dealership nearby. Chevrolet has an interesting new "Cruze" mo last car I will have. Where do I go..what car do I choose?? Honda has just built a new dealership nearby. Chevrolet has an interesting new "Cruze" model. My old dealer Tufankjian has built a beautiful new Toyota dealership 45 miles away. My present Toyota has been a good experience and Ken, the service manager has taken excellent care of my car. Oh, And David Tunfankian has always taken my cars to the dealership for servicewhen I lived in Duxbury. I doubt that anyone would give me that kind of service..so let's start there and if not happy or pressured, try another. Hopefully I can get the "deal" I want..can handle. But it is 45 miles to the showroom.??? do I really want tot do this???? I arrive at the dealership at the appointed time and was greeted not only by David, but also by Charlie Tufankjian, the owner. WOW! David introduced me to a salesman, Eduardo Vivas.; and to a sales manager Carlos Ortega. OH OH. I'll get pressure to take some deal they have cooked up that will be hard for me to carry. Don't like the looks of that!?? Surprise! That did not happen. When I was shown the Camry, I thought it would cost too much, so I suggested a Corolla. Eduardo said "take a Corolla home and try it." I did and returned convinced I wanted a Camry and was prepared for costs to me too heavy. To my surprise, Eduardo and Carlos just asked me " What financial arrangement do you want???" I had done some homework and I was not of a mind to low-ball. I gave them my honest assessment of what the car was worth and what my ability to pay comfortably was. They went off for a while, came back and said "fine" We can do that! The dreaded "press" was not! The whole process was done on a friendly basis in a sound businesslike manner. I was convinced I was treated very well. Unbelievable..bought a car and it didn't hurt. WHAT Pros! Tufankjian Toyota did an unbelievable job of re-estblishing a strong advocate of their terrific business operation that I can recommend all the time without any reservation.I was happy to have driven 45 miles! I have been searching for a 2008 Toyota Highlander for approximately 8 months, with no success. The Purchase of this vehicle was very emotional since my mom had given me some money as a graduation present approximately 8 months, with no success. The Purchase of this vehicle was very emotional since my mom had given me some money as a graduation present to by a newer used care, and my mom passed away July 2011. I had specific items that I needed in the car (power seats- driver), heated seats, hands free availability, cargo area for the dog and sunroof. I also had a budget to follow. I had been perusing the website, as well as vehix.com, Edmund, and consumer reports. Educated and armed with reports I went to the dealership with the idea that I probably would not get what I wanted, and would be mislead but there was a chance I may find a good deal. I stopped by on Sunday, began checking out the cars on the lot, not finding what I was looking for; I was ready to leave when I was then approached by Gail Nelson, I liked that she didn't jump on me as soon as I walked on the lot (I cant stand pushy sales people) Gail helped me look for what I wanted, during a test drive of one highlander she spotted another that she had not known about- (I then realized she was really trying to help me find the car for me). I took that car for a test drive and then home for the night, nice highlander but didn't grab me. I returned the car on Monday (Columbus Day) and walked into dealership only to meet Kevin Chiccone, great guy he just received a trade in literally, the vehicle just arrived with owners. Gail & Kevin showed me a 2008 Highlander sports utility pearl white with heated seats, moon roof, leather interior power seats, cargo area for the dog etc. I took this vehicle for a ride and this grabbed me, mileage was a little over my liking, but the accessories, and the sales person made it work. Gail handled my registration, my sticker, the installation of blue logic, lo-jack, and was able to help me through this even with my high anxiety. The financial manager was excellent as well, very nice, not intimidating, and helpful in helping me make choices, again not pushy, he assisted me in warranties that worked for me, not his pocket. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome, the experience, and will recommend Gail to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
From the second I walked into Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree, I felt like I was going to be taken care of very well. Though I could tell he must've been working hard all day (my father and I showed u Braintree, I felt like I was going to be taken care of very well. Though I could tell he must've been working hard all day (my father and I showed up at the 11th hour on a week night), I was delighted to be directed to Eduardo Vivas on the sales floor. He was polite, extremely respectful, and took in the information I gave him for what I was looking for in a car & told me what would work best for me. I figured I would have to buy a used car, but to my surprise there were 2011 Toyotas left on the lot that were cheaper than many of the used vehicles and, well, they were brand new! Doesn't get better than that. After much discussion about how to make my credit better, it was looking doubtful that I would be approved for financing for a new car, but Eduardo consistently reassured me (even calling me to check up after my initial visit), saying "we will get you a car no matter what happens, don't worry". I was so relieved I wasn't dealing with a company that was just trying to get money out of me while passing off a barely-safe, barely-running car to me. I came back to the dealership a week after first showing up there, and I had not only been approved for financing, I was also given the exact car I initially test-drove, and--thanks to the business manager Walace pulling a favor for me (he said "I like to see good things happen to good people, and I can tell you're a hard worker")--I was given a financing rate that usually is reserved for those with better credit. Walace also helped me decide what additional insurance features I could put money towards so that in the long run, I will always have a car and will never be stranded. I drove off in my new 2011 Toyota Corolla that same day, after having the car registered and inspected ON the premises. I am so grateful for everything that Eduardo and Walace and everyone at Tufankjian did for me. You really took care of and helped not only me, but also my family, as now we can all relax and won't have to worry about how I'm going to get from point A to point B. It's easy to see that this company has been shown enough love and kindness in their years of business so that they can pass that on to their customers. You've also given me the chance to prove (to the people in the paper business) that I am financially secure for my future-- that alone will have me thanking the Heavens for your faith in me for decades to come. Thanks again, Tufankjian & Family. All my love, Kelley More

He was very knowldegable about the operation of the new Avalon and the accessories and made it very easy to learn and understand the differences from our 2005 Avalon.
