I have purchased four vehicles from Toyota of Braintree and have reccomended them to numerous friends and familly memebers. Each experiance has been relaxing and very easy, I am treated like a close friend and have reccomended them to numerous friends and familly memebers. I went into Toyota of Braintree and was immediately greeted with a smile and offer to help me with my baby stoller. I was then introduced to a sales person who could help me. I came in looking for a specific vehicle that had just come in and the the sales team couldn't have been nicer. They got me my new car in just 2 days, as well as helping me get the best deal/price possible. Andy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, despite it being the only one the dealership has had, and made me feel more than comfortable throughout the purchasing process. The managers are are great as well, I spoke to a couple of them just because they wanted to make sure i was satisfied with my experience and offered many helpful suggestions. Also, Walace in the finance department worked very hard to make sure that I knew all of my payment options, and helped a lot to find the best one for me. All in all, this has been a great experience and i will definitely be going back to Toyota of Braintree and Andy again, as well as suggesting them to anybody I know looking to buy a car. More

I came into the dealership and was greeted by Brian McGrath. I told him that I was looking to make an early trade in on my RAV4 lease but wasn't sure whether I wanted to stay with a RAV or look into s McGrath. He showed me a 2010 Camry - in fact, he showed me many Camry's - different colors, models. Brian knew his product and answered every question I had with no pressure. I finally chose the LS model. The whole experience was pleasant - from the time I enter the buiding, met with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and finally drove my new car home. I understand that Brian McGrath was a new employee and I was his first customer/sale. I want you to know that he was very professional and pleasant. I will definately return to your dealership for a new vehicle when the time comes and I will go to Brian McGrath for his assistance. More
I stopped by during lunch hour, with certain car details in mind. I've found the car I wanted and with the expertise of Brian and his boss we were able to wrap up the transaction within that timeframe. I in mind. I agree with Seeker. I wasted over 3 hours at this dealership. I stated that I wanted an "even swap" the minute I sat down and my saleman wrote that info down on a piece of paper. I was shown several dealership. I stated that I wanted an "even swap" the minute I sat down and my saleman wrote that info down on a piece of paper. I was shown several used cars (and was told about the new cars and leasing options, etc). After 3 hours and a test drive of a piece-of-junk used car... I was told that I would be upside down by $4200 (I could do the deal but I'd have to come up with $4200). Does that sound like an even swap? What a waste of time! I did all my homework. I know they would make $5000 off the sale of their used car plus $7000 off the sale of my car. Don't insult me with the "I'll go talk to my manager" stuff. That dog-and-pony show is so old. My sales person would not even look me in the eye when he brought me the numbers. He KNEW he'd led me along! More
