We took it for a test drive and he explained all of the features of the car in a thorough and knowledgeable way. He was respectful and very professional. We talked to Eric Glenn but I had an appointment to test drive a Honda. I have owned 3 Hondas and have loved them. Marcos sent me an email thanking me for coming in etc, etc etc. The next day he followed up with a phone call. I told him I was going to Hyundai also. Then I began working with a representative from Educators Credit Union after thinking about the 3 cars and the whole car hunting experience I chose to lease the RAV4 mainly because of your salesman Marcos King. I enjoyed working with him more than any other car salesman. I would definitely buy another car from Marcos and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. More

I decided after the purchase to have the extra rustproofing, paint and interior protection and they’re going to give me a loaner for the day that is done. We went to see him twice before we bought our Highlander. Andy took the time to show us the vehicles and answer all our questions. He understood that we needed time to absorb all the information before we could make our decision. When we went to pick up our vehicle, Andy took the time to go through our vehicle, showing use how to operate many of the controls and change the settings. The paperwork for the delivery was handled by Chris Mohr. Chris was very thorough as he went through and explained all our options and all the documents we would be signing. In summary, our experience purchasing our 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE at Toyota of Brookfield with Andy Strnad and Chris Mohr was enjoyable. More
