New I went in on 12/23 for an oil change and to have the tire sensor light looked at for a 5th time. I’ve had this looked at several times and had it fixed twice and told nothing was wrong with the othe the tire sensor light looked at for a 5th time. I’ve had this looked at several times and had it fixed twice and told nothing was wrong with the others. I had one fixed back in May. So far, the lights have not been fixed (they refused to listen to me that it’s been looked at several times over and never fixed appropriately)and I was quoted almost $700 for two of them on most recent visit. I was told my filters needed to be changed (cabin etc) when they were changed May 2025. My tires and battery need to be replaced (I was angry at this point) when tires are just two years old and battery is only 4 years old. I can’t in good conscience give a review above 1 star. I will also be contacting the general manager as well as corporate. I also don’t believe my brakes are as bad as they made them out to be. I may be a woman, but I know enough about cars where I can get small things done in my own ie: buy a battery or air filters and have a 2nd opinion on my brakes as well as tire sensors. I will be going to another service center and will not return to Toyota of Brookfield. My $10 coupon that I had and lost was also not honored. I work very hard for my money (I work full time) and they just ran up the bill yesterday to which I declined several things. I left a review six months ago and never heard from management. My mom was also appalled at the service I have received. She has bought 3 cars through the years under the different names: Safro, Napleton etc. They most definitely take advantage of women I’m not waiting to hear from someone in management. More

I don't mind the reps trying to upsell services by letting me know recommended services based off mileage. In fact Layla was very courteous and accommodating, if it was just her, this would be 5 stars letting me know recommended services based off mileage. However, the fact that the technician told me my air filter and cabin filter needed to be replaced is absolutely appalling as they were both changed 430 miles ago/less than two weeks ago!! For those of you that don't know, they should last 12k to 15k miles no problem, or be changed annually regardless. To try and upsell for items that don't need replacing and aren't even close to bad amounts to nothing more than a scam, end of story. Matthew made to the video but I can't be sure it was him who "determined" I should replace the filters. Honestly, I'd bet money all the technicians after trained in upsell scamming. I've bought my last two Toyotas here, although it was technically still Jack Safro as Napleton just bought right around when I bought my current 2020 brand new. This experience definitely makes me think I should buy my next car elsewhere. More
