I’ve been bringing my car in for the past couple of months about a lot of different issues. This last time that I brought my car in I was having a lot of technical issues and my headlights were flicker months about a lot of different issues. This is a new building, long time dealership formerly Jack Safro Toyota. The service is always fast, oil changes usually an hour. ZACH REED, my service advisor showed me a list of previous inspections and advised me that they could do needed work. This time, I had most of them changed already. Always treated with respect, like I am the most important customer. I could easily do my own oil changes as well but they keep a record of all work done I feel that may increase the value of my vehicle when a new buyer sees its been well cared for. Zach was busy that morning but still found time yo work for me a n d talk with me. Almost like we were friends but I think it was my first time with Zach. I don't determin which advisor I get but I'd choose him everytime. More
