Great Service! Bri, my service advisor went “above and beyond” during my recent visit for routine maintenance on my 2026 Highlander. New rear brakes AND rotors were Bri, my service advisor went “above and beyond” during my recent visit for routine maintenance on my 2026 Highlander. New rear brakes AND rotors were being recommended. This was surprising to me as all four brakes were attended to only 2 years before down in Greenville, NC. After discussion with Bri in this regard, she consulted with both the service technician and parts personnel. After further evaluation, it was determined that previously the rotors had been “ground down” and therefore were replaced- there was some cost adjustment on the final bill. Upon returning home, review of the service bill from NC validated that “grinding” was how the brakes were attended to at that time. The Brookfield service tech was “spot on “ in his assessment.
