Great Service! Bri, my service advisor went “above and beyond” during my recent visit for routine maintenance on my 2026 Highlander. New rear brakes AND rotors were Bri, my service advisor went “above and beyond” during my recent visit for routine maintenance on my 2026 Highlander. New rear brakes AND rotors were being recommended. This was surprising to me as all four brakes were attended to only 2 years before down in Greenville, NC. After discussion with Bri in this regard, she consulted with both the service technician and parts personnel. After further evaluation, it was determined that previously the rotors had been “ground down” and therefore were replaced- there was some cost adjustment on the final bill. Upon returning home, review of the service bill from NC validated that “grinding” was how the brakes were attended to at that time. The Brookfield service tech was “spot on “ in his assessment. I was there a few months ago for a tire light and it came back on recently. I brought it back in and they were able to find that it was a bad sensor I was in and out within a little over an hour but it was v back on recently. I brought my Toyota in for service and had the pleasure of having Josh Dale be my serivce person. He was very helpful and kept me informed on everything. I also purchased a service agreement from him. of having Josh Dale be my serivce person. He was very helpful and kept me informed on everything. I also purchased a service agreement from him. He explained to me at 30,000 my oil changes were not covered under Toyota Care Ser Contract anymore. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Ask for Joshua Dale is was great. More
