As always Jon Peters was courteous and helpful and recognizes you on sight. He attends to you quickly, gets back to you in the timeframe he tells you, gets the service completed in the time he tells recognizes you on sight. He attends to you quickly, gets back to you in the timeframe he tells you, gets the service completed in the time he tells you and is always humorous and interested in making you fully satisfied. He won’t push repairs or replacements unless he feels they are warranted and understands the dollar cost for the services. As a female who has often been given the run around, I find Jon so refreshing. He is truly the first auto repair rep I trust. I have taken an issue to him in a number of occasions thinking I would need a costly repair inky to have Jon “fix” it…no charge! He is a great service rep and an invaluable employee of Brookfield Toyota! I will continue to patron T of B as long as Jon Peters is there! More

Service Advisor, John Peters, took good care of our vehicle today!! We appreciated his knowledge and experience and his attention to detail and caring attitude. Everyone knows taking your car in for a maintenance check is such a hassle, but I’ve always had good experiences at this location. I worked with josh and he’s by far one of my favorites.
