Beautiful dealership. People were very nice. A little to much pressure / urgency to close a sales as standard in car sales, but still frustrating. Service appears to have done fine but I’ve only driven from the dealer to my garage- they had the wrong car scheduled- Their CRM database screws everything up ALL the time- it cross references our 3 cars from the dealer to my garage- they had the wrong car scheduled- Their CRM database screws everything up ALL the time- it cross references our 3 cars with other people even- I can bring one car in for service and be waiting and my wife will get the video and updates on her phone across town- you should be able to have everyone’s info who drives any particular car under one address but place a check mark next to the person who brings it in so that they get the messaging and the software should direct communication to that person- This is our biggest complaint and I ALWAYS spend 15 minutes getting everything explained when I come in for service so that I get the text updates/video- I will frequently bring the highlander in that my wife drives for service- I scheduled both vehicles for the fuel pump replacement recall- My wife got the confirmation communication on my car so they completely reversed who drove which, likely on the previous service which caused this and the only reason it happened was because each time, they have to completely change who drives a particular car just so I would get the video updates-This REALLY IS a HUGE inconvenience for us just to schedule routine service More

This Toyota location went way above and beyond to earn my business. I was able to lease a Tundra from the comfort of my phone and 80 miles away. With regards to my 10,000 miles service to my 2019 Toyota Tundra TRD PRO, I was totally disgusted that the air filters were only being changed at 30,000 miles , thats RUBBISH plus if you want them changed yo Tundra TRD PRO, I was totally disgusted that the air filters were only being changed at 30,000 miles , thats RUBBISH plus if you want them changed you need to pay for them. Air filters should be changed every 10,000 miles regardless of use. This is cheap trick by Toyota. More
