I also was put in the middle between the parts dept and the service advisor. Leonard was off but his assistant, whose name I do not recall, was super attentive and friendly when we discussed new wipers. He told me my service advisor could install them, “they do it all the time”. My service advisor said he’d never done it. Perhaps it was his first day on the job on a Friday? Nonetheless, after balking, he did install my new wipers. I’ll request another advisor next time or return to Toyota of RR. The service department was awesome, videoing it all it real time. More

Amazing Service We recently purchased a non Toyota used vehicle from Toyota of Cedar Park. We purchased the vehicle "as is" with no warranty. When I got home from t We recently purchased a non Toyota used vehicle from Toyota of Cedar Park. We purchased the vehicle "as is" with no warranty. When I got home from the purchase I found an electrical short and none of the interior lights worked. I called our sales person Belinda on the way back to the dealership the next morning. She apologized and said she had notified the service department that I was on my way. I was greeted by Joey who said give me the keys we will get it handled. He called about 3 hours later and they had found a direct short in the drivers visor. They ordered a new one and I picked up the vehicle with no charges. They did not have an obligation to do anything, but stepped up and went over and above. The entire experience and all interactions with everyone there was amazing. I will be back for my next vehicle!
