From the beginning to the end of the entire buying process the service and professionalism of everyone we met was world-class. Beginning with our sales person, Derrick Berry. Derrick spent several hours with us as we looked at several different vehicles trying to narrow our choice down. During all this time, he never pressured us, or made us feel that we were wasting his time. My wife and I have bought a great many vehicles over the course of the years, and Derrick was by far one of the best sales people we have ever dealt with. When it comes time to look for another car, we will be giving Derrick a call. Our next stop was with the finance department, and once again Dave Kerr provided another world class experience. Never felt rushed or pressured to buy any add ons, or extras with Dave. He did a great job of helping us thru the whole process. Last, but certainly not least, was Samantha Hertzler. As I mentioned earlier we have bought numerous vehicles, including Lexus, BMW, and Mercedes, and have never had a delievery experience that we had with Sam. She took the time to go thru everything on the vehicle with my wife to make sure she understood all the cool features and gadgets it has. Honestly, we were in a hurry to leave, or I believe Sam would have spent a great deal more time with us…we kind of rushed her thru the process. Sam was definitely world class as well. My hope is that you guys continue to grow, but never lose this level of service and professionalism that we experienced during our car buy process. More

He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in purchasing my vehicle and negotiated the price that we are willing to offer. He also researched and helped to add all the bells whistles to the base LE model within my budget. I highly recommend his expertise and customer satisfying qualities to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Toyota Finance options are great too. They gave the best interest rate with 0 down payment. Car buying was never that easy and fantastic experience. Way to go Patrick and the entire team. Awesome job!!! More

EXCELLENT Maintenance Visit I came in today for an early morning maintenance visit and Jeanine Sallemi was my service provider :) Early in the morning and she already had a huge I came in today for an early morning maintenance visit and Jeanine Sallemi was my service provider :) Early in the morning and she already had a huge smile on her face, friendly demeanor and positive attitude. She kindly showed me to the waiting area, told me that my car would be washed and informed me of the beverages available. She was so helpful and explained to me what i needed to get fixed and what they had done for the day. I LOVE how friendly, funny and helpful she was!! Each person involved displayed exceptional service. Derrick was the person I worked with. I won't use the word salesman because he never tried to sell me. He did a great job on educating me on my options based on the information I gave him. I so appreciated the fact that he pulled up exactly what I asked for and more. After giving him the test drive of his life I was sold. He moved everything into finance with Dave Kerr. Again exceptional service on Dave's end. i feel like I left the dealership not only with a badass truck but with a couple new badass friends. I've already referred a new customer that I know will be treated right. As for myself this is the only place I will do business.
