We feel that he went over and above what other sales people have done for us in the past. Very appreciative of his honesty and integrity. Our experience changed not so positively when management got involved. Unfortunately we felt like a transaction at that point instead of as customers. We were also disappointed with the extreme amount of time it took to get things accomplished once an agreement was reached. More
