I waited 29 minutes in the service line, before anyone talked to me. They cared more about lunch than helping customers. I watched 9 service people and one manager unload trays of food from the truck onli talked to me. They cared more about lunch than helping customers. The issues with my deal were ultimately resolved after escalation to management, and I do appreciate the effort to make things right.
