I think one of the most important things about my experience at dealership is that I felt so respected and treated with dignity. This dealership Did an outstanding job, and I always felt respected and treated well through every step of the process. They were transparent about everything, and I never felt that they were trying to sneak in extras without telling me. At the first dealership we went to, they definitely tried to sneak in a $3000 service package without telling me. The only reason I was able to figure it out was because I knew approximately what the payment should be and it was off. At Cedar Park, they didn’t try to do that at all. I even did end up buying a service package at Cedar Park, but not because they tried to sneak one in. But because they presented it in a way that I felt was acceptable. Everything about the dealership was centered on making me feel welcomed and valued. From the moment I got out of the car, there were people who greeted me at the door. Everyone took their time to explain everything, and I felt like they were transparent and honest every step of the interaction. I can’t recommend them enough.
