We had a great rapport which made the whole process of buying a new Corolla a pleasant experience. Lee Harrell, business manager, was also efficient and friendly in finishing up the paperwork. I would give both of them "5 stars." Some of my prior experiences with service department issues were not quite as enjoyable. That is the only reason my overall rating was 4, not 5. Charles More

The receptionist was very kind and told who I would be working with upon my arrival. When I arrived the car was already running and ready to drive! Roger Thompson (the auto dealer who I was told I would be working with) greeted my father and I with a warm welcome. Mr. Thompson was very kind and never pushed his agenda or made me or my father feel pressured or rushed. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. The process was painless and easy. Mr. Thompson and Mr. Lee Harrell were very descriptive and answered all of my and my father's questions. These gentlemen are straight shooters and are not in it for the sale they want and desire for their customers to be satisfied and comfortable with their purchases.
