Great experience buying my car!!!!! I bought a Ford Mustang last week at Toyota of Cleveland. There was a couple of things that was wrong with the mustang after I first bought it ,but To I bought a Ford Mustang last week at Toyota of Cleveland. So I would like to say thank you to Brad Doty and Bill Smart for helping me fix the issues and making it an over all great experience. I would also like to say thank you to Chris's auto trim for such a great job on putting the strips on my car. I was recommended by Brad which was the sales person there for Toyota to use Chris for the stripes. More

The best car purchase experience I have had I had a very pleasant experience at Toyota and Scion of Cleveland. Roger Thompson was the sales consultant. My husband really liked him. Toyota and Scion of Cleveland has a good reputation. That is why we chose to go and visit. We pretty much knew which model we wanted and how much we planned to spend. Roger met us at parking lot. He showed us the cars. We picked three we liked for test drive. Roger explained in detail about the functionality of Prius. We liked the first car we test-drove. Just as we were getting ready for a long and painful negotiation, Roger gave us invoice price up front. We pretty much skipped negotiation and went into closing. We were able to move from arriving to closing in just a couple of hours. Roger was very up front. I would recommend Roger to my friends. More

Don't judge a book buy it's cover! Wrecked my car so hit every dealer in town driving my old work truck and every other dealer was so helpful but these guys.
