We responded to an e-bay car ad by this dealership(Toyota of Cleveland, TN) and from our first contact (Stacy in Internet Sales) we felt genuinely interested as a customer for the Subura Forester (2011) whic of Cleveland, TN) and from our first contact (Stacy in Internet Sales) we felt genuinely interested as a customer for the Subura Forester (2011) which we bought after only 48 hrs. contact with Brad Coty and Stacy. Brad worked with us rather than being arrogant as we had experienced with the Georgia Dealerships (over 20 contacts). Brad and Stacy were informative and personal providing us with many pictures and e-mailing describing the vehicle as we responded back and forth in e-mails. We have never purchased a car in this way and we were a little nervous about receiving the product we had been shown on the internet. However, upon arriving, we were greeted very warmly and immediately shown our new car--detailed to perfection, shiny and proud! This 2011 Subura Forester Ltd. was lovely in every way and had received personal attention to present at its very best. We met Brad and Stacy immediately and they took care of us as if we were family! We have never had a car purchase of this nature before. We were highly pleased with Brad's personal attention and the quick paperwork turn-around time so that we could joyfully drive our new car (used car, but new to us!) back to Greensboro, GA. We have rated Toyota of Cleveland as a 5 (the highest grade) but actually we believe they delivered a 10 in every aspect of salesmanship.
