We were looking for a dependable used car at a fair price when we came on the lot. We found a Mercury that we liked and at a decent price. The lady in the finance office was also very nice as well, and I feel like someone should let her know, what a great job she does. Her name was Karen Baird. This was my first experience with this dealership and I must say they did an excellent job of not taking all day to buy a car! Most people know what I mean! The staff was friendly and helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. I will look again at Toyota of Cleveland, and Mike Davis when I go to purchase another automobile. It was not in your inventory, but they researched and found my Dream. Left there a couple days later a happy guy. I continue to bring my Tacoma back for regular scheduled maintenance.
