The whole dealership is a great place, especially Roger Thompson. He was interested in my complete satisfaction with my car. First off I have bought three personal vehicles from Cleveland Toyota of Cleveland in two years, every person in my imediate family has bought from them and each car totalling $40,000 or more. My most recent purchase was a Toyota pickup bought the fall of 2012. I went through three salesmen to buy the thing! The first salesmen literally Just went home and left me stranded in the middle of the deal, then the second guy said he didn't want to write up the paper work and I wasn't worth the time or money. The third had some lying issues but we barely managed to get it done. I'm sorry but for return customers like myself I was treated very poorly and disrespected. My truck cost me $46,087.00 and honestly I would have rather driven a 100 miles to another Toyota dealership and paid $50,000 for it. I CANNOT stand being direspected. I will never shop here again. I and my father am in the market for more vehicles so there goes another $100,000 dollars down the drain for them. I suggest going to Knoxville or Atlanta. More
